This video was a life saver for our donkey. He started limping and holding his hoof up and laying down much more than usual. We called the Vet right away they thought he sprained his leg. Luckily our donkey was due for a hoof trim and we had the Farrier out and he found the abscess. (The vet did not see the abscess). We called the vet back and over the phone they gave us basic instructions on what to do, pack with sugar iodine etc. We had no idea how to go about doing this. We immediately went to Melody’s website. We had used Melody and her personal training when we got our donkey and hoped she would have guidance . Thankfully she had this video. We purchased it followed it exactly step by step and the next day our donkey was already doing better. Our Vet didn’t even suggest the epsom salt soak and I believe this part was critical! We will be having a conversation with our vet and making sure they have the knowledge on treating donkeys. Melody this video was so greatly appreciated! We have learned so much from your personal training and the information you have provided for donkey owners ! A must have video!
