Return/Refund Policy – All sales are final for Online E-Training Video and E-book Courses. Please check your order carefully! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, if for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Returning any Donkey Whisperer Farm ® product (not a Training or consult product) must be in 100% resale condition. Blankets are returned directly to Kensington Protective Products for another size or replacement if malfunctioning. Contact Melody Johnson at 360 620-5868 or e-mail melody@donkeywhisperer.com please provide your invoice, date of sale, clearly explain the issue in writing.
Do not leave any halter on your equine while not in attendance to avoid death or self-mutilation. Equine biting the tack will void the warranty.
Our miniature and standard/burro soft yacht rope halters are adjustable from age four months to full-grown for most donkeys by tying under the jaw. The knots should land just below the cheekbone, never up by the eyes or on the soft part of the nose or face. If you want a perfect fit halter we suggest building a custom measured halter simply ask Melody Johnson to create a PayPal invoice and send the measurement template. Our team can build your custom measured halter in five working days. Note: miniature donkeys’ heads will grow until full-grown at age three. Standard/burro donkeys’ heads will grow until age four. DO NOT UNTIE ANY OF THE KNOTS ON THE HALTER. If your halter is not fitting correctly please contact Melody Johnson at E-MAIL Melody@donkeywhisperer.com or 360 620-5868. We can build a custom measured halter for your donkey. Return the halter to Donkey Whisperer Farm ® p.o. box 248, Sequim WA 98382 in re-sale condition it can not be dirty or worn. Gift certificates cannot be refunded.
The customer is responsible for paying to ship and handling charges on all returns and exchanges.
All physical items are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days. If at any time during this period you notice a defect we will replace the item at our discretion. Due to the rough nature of equine training, items that have been misused, neglected, damaged through improper use, will not be covered by this limited warranty of 30 days. Leaving the equine tied for long periods of time can destroy the tack due to excessive strain by pulling, trampling. Note; Using harsh chemicals or bleach to clean the product will destroy the product thus destroying this warranty.
