30-40 degrees due to surgery or severe illness. Kensington provides a lifetime warranty; be sure to register your products with Kensington to ensure your warranty remains valid. If the blanket arrives damaged, please let the Donkey Whisperer Farm ® know immediately, as Kensington will send a replacement immediately.

RETURN POLICY TO DONKEY WHISPERER FARM ®

IMPORTANT: Please brush your donkey and try on your blankets as soon as you receive them. These blankets are made to be pulled back, NOT MADE TO FIT UP ON THE NECK.  If you need a neck warmer, please order from our store. 

If your blanket does not fit correctly, please contact Melody Johnson at melody@donkeywhisperer.com  or 360 620-5868. You can return it in its original packaging, CLEAN in resale condition, to Kensington Protective Products, within two weeks of purchase. You will need a Return Authorization Number. Melody will provide this to you. If you return a dirty or damaged blanket that is not in its original packaging, no refund or exchange will be issued. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the blanket.
