Shipping Policy:
All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order via our E-store you will receive a confirmation e-mail. After your order has been processed and shipped you will receive another email with your completed order including a note with the USPS tracking number and instructions on how to access your E-Training & E-book lessons if purchased.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all products USPS flat rate priority mail.
International Shipping
International Shipping is provided by quote only, at check out you will be given the option to contact us for a quote before you complete your purchase.
Return & Warranty Information
Online E-Training Video and E-book Courses are non-refundable. Please check your order carefully! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, if for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact us within seven days of your purchase. Contact Melody Johnson at 360 620-5868 or e-mail melody@donkeywhisperer.com please provide your invoice, date of sale, clearly explain the issue.
